Liberty Beats Radio provides high-quality, no-copyright music perfect for social media projects. Our upbeat, energetic tracks add a lively, professional touch to any video or content. With a diverse library of songs, Liberty Beats Radio has the right music to elevate your social media presence.
4. Intellectual Property
Few original contents created by Liberty Beats may include copyrighted character names from movies and comics, which are fan-based works by the author. Liberty Beats owns the rights of the title, and interest in and to the Service, including intellectual property rights, However the original characters and story rights belongs to the primary companies.
Note: We do not sell the original copyright characters related music owned by leading industry in our shop.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, post, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Liberty Beats a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Service.

You can support Liberty Beats by making a donation via PayPal. Donations are voluntary and do not entitle you to any additional rights or privileges.

18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Liberty Beats’ prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer this Agreement without such consent will be null and void.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Liberty Beats regarding the use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Liberty Beats.
